Lesson/Unit Summary: In these lessons, students will learn to use the time adverbs just, already and yet, which are commonly associated with the present perfect. With the aid of time clocks and constructed scenarios, students are guided to discover the meanings of the three adverbs. Students have extended practice of the three time adverbs and the present perfect through a challenge game.

Level of Students: Senior Primary

By the end of the lessons, students will be able to: 

1. Use the present perfect to refer to the recent past;

2. Use the time adverbs already, just and yet that are commonly used with the present perfect to describe actions
